At ASK we regularly contribute to Strategic Planning review processes at the local government level. This includes submissions to proposed Planning Scheme amendments and Planning Scheme reviews. We also represent our clients at Panel Hearings and we prepare Planning Scheme amendments (including S.96A applications) on behalf of our clients.
