With a combined background of almost 40 years in local government, we offer services to Victorian Councils in:

- planning process reviews and systems improvements;

- peer review and advisory services;

- report overflow;

- independent auditing of file samples; and

- advocacy and representation at VCAT (Compulsory Conferences and full hearings).

On VCAT, we have assisted various metropolitan Councils with VCAT over time including Kingston and Casey Councils. We have also been awarded contracts on planning consultant panels including VCAT services for Mornington, Baw Baw and Pyrenees Shires. 

We have been appointed lead consultant on multiple local government projects in Bayside City Council for important community projects including a netball centre, child care and maternal health centre and purpose built sporting pavilion. 

We have a strong appreciation and knowledge of local government planning processes and community engagement.
